4. PAYMENTS
   
   

   1. Some of our services are only available through a paid license, which can be purchased on a one-off basis or via a monthly subscription. Furthermore, some of our services offer the possibility of integrated purchases within the service itself, such as virtual items, game credits, among other options.
      
      

   2. The use of our services on platforms not authorized by us or by third parties designated by us is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, any illegal use of these services, such as reverse engineering or the use of software capable of falsifying licenses, may result in appropriate legal action.
      
      

   3. For these services, we offer a money-back guarantee valid for a period of seven days after confirmation of purchase. A refund request can be made through our email support channel, and the reason for the request must be informed, which can be any reason. We ask that you be honest in describing the reason so that we can understand the customer's needs and seek improvements in our services.

For example, a video tutorial that demonstrates how to modify our services in a way that is contrary to our terms of service may be considered illegal activity and therefore subject to suspension. If third parties create communities to use our services and they contain an open chat that promotes hateful discussions or illegal activities, the accounts associated with the services will be suspended and may be subject to legal action. Although we are committed to punishing communities or any type of content created by third parties that are associated with our services or Vanelton Gamedev, we do not assume responsibility for any damage caused by third parties to the personal lives of users associated with such entities.
