I made an in-game purchase but didn't receive anything
Generally, the "Restore Purchases" option will help you with this inconvenient situation. If the application or game provided by us does not have this option, please contact the support email or ticket on the game's official community discord to request a refund.

I want to cancel a subscription to a VGD app or game
If the subscription is through Google Play, simply go to the Google Play app, search for subscriptions and cancel the app subscription.
